I played my Santa Cruz for the first time this afternoon and have hardly put it down since! It arrived in perfect order thanks to your packing.
I tried recording it and am really amazed at how big and full this little guitar sounds. Can't say enough about your quality of service and helpfulness throughout. I will be buying my next acoustic guitar from Artisan.
