Hey guys... I hope this email finds you well. I just wanted to write you all a sincere letter of appreciation. Sorry it has taken so long for me to write. I just can't put my guitar down long enough... Haha!
First and Foremost, I just want to say thanks for the personal and professional attention that Bill, Ellie, and your staff showed me in helping educate and guide me with the purchase of my Custom SCGC OM PW. Even though I have never met you in person, I have never been to the shop, and have only communicated via email or phone, I can honestly say that I feel I have established a great relationship surpassing ANY Retail / Customer experience I have ever had before.
You all truly earned my respect, garnered a high level of trust, and help me feel extremely comfortable and confident with my guitar purchase. Whether it was spending time on the phone interviewing me about my playing style and interests to taylor a guitar to best suit me, sending me Richard Hoover's "Physics lesson" DVD, or being patient and understanding when I almost had to back away from my purchase, you all never waivered in your top quality service and always made me feel welcome. For that I say THANK YOU to Artisan Guitars!!
Now to my Santa Cruz. Through my research and your assistance, we came to the mutual conclusion that a Custom Santa Cruz OM PW Indian Rosewood / Sitka with all of the custom appointments I wanted, was sonically the best choice for my playing style. Based on the Pictures on your website of it, I knew that it was gonna be a pretty piece when it arrived. It was like Christmas x 10 the day it came. When I opened the box, took out the packing, and finally opened the guitar case, it was an experience hard to describe in words. I was honestly floored!
Aesthetically, the guitar was everything and more that I could have hoped for. Playing it was almost too much. Each note rings with such clarity and they blend togehter to create such a warm and balanced tone. Unfortunately, it does expose me as being half the player I thought I was 
It is loud, but not overbearing. In a word it is simply divine. I could not be any happier!!
So, in closing, I would just like to say thank you so very much for a wonderful experience... Artisan Guitars will be the only place I consider when looking to purchase another top quality instrument in the future. I wish you all continued success.
