Kodiak & Pro-Pik Thumb Pick Comparison

Hello Adam,

I received these picks on Tuesday the 3rd.  Unfortunately I had been too busy with kids and work to try them out until last night (a challenging feat).  I immediately fell in love with the Kodiak, it's comfort, ease of adjustability, design and materials is flawless.  I have never before had any luck using a thumbpick and this one feels natural and took no time to adjust to.  Great buy!!

The Propick finger-tones are also a huge hit.  I have not yet trimmed my natural nails as I have some classical performances next week, but even with the nails these worked wonderfully on my resonator and the size is perfect.  Another brilliantly thought out invention.

My only issue I am having would be with the two Propick thumbpicks, they are much too large.  Apparently my thumb is quite skinny in diameter as even the above mentioned Kodiak is almost a bit too large.  I attempted to manipulate the Propicks thumb enclosure, but due to there being too much material, I cannot get it comfortable.  I do however really like the tone and craftsmanship put into the two picks and am planning on ordering them again from you guys in order to try a more proper fit.

The only reason why I am planning on this is due to the fact that at times I would like to get the metal on metal tones that the Kodiak cannot produce.

Again I thank you so much for answering my previous questions via telephone and definitely appreciate the visitors brochure that you sent with the picks.  I would love to visit.

Thanks,
EC
