Your thorough explanation of the Collings line via email and your courteous and friendly attitude during our phone conversation convinced me to purchase from Artisan Guitars. I've passed the word to all of my friends about your excellent shop!
Never having owned a Collings before, a hundred WOW's and a thousand explanation points wouldn't do justice to this beautiful sounding and very playable guitar... If I ever meet Bill Collings, I'm going to give him a giant bear hug ;>)
